If you are both a fan of raclette cheese and hotdogs, Be Frank, a grab-and-go hotdog kiosk located at the basement of Paragon will be your heaven.

What makes the hotdogs sold at Be Frank different from the rest would lie in the ingredients and toppings used to jazz up each and every hotdog served. Here, their specialty lies in the pork bratwurst used which have gone through many rounds of taste-testing to come up with their unique blend of sausages.

All of their a la carte hotdogs are priced at S$6.50 each.

Else, you can also opt for the hotdog sets that come at S$9.90 - along with 2 croquette balls and a drink of your choice!

The Food:

Here at Be Frank, their speciality lies in the pork bratwurst used which have gone through many rounds of taste-testing to come up with their unique blend of sausages! The ingredients used in each gourmet hotdog are prepared in-house on a daily basis – even down to the mash potatoes that are prepared in batches every day.

Cheezy Mushroom - S$6.50 / S$9.90 (with set)

The Cheezy Mushroom is prepared with a pork bratwurst tucked in between a soft bun, before topping it off with a generous portion of mushrooms. A blanket of raclette cheese are then melted and scraped onto the hotdog bun upon order.

Slaw & Order - S$6.50 / S$9.90 (with set)

And, if you are looking for something 'healthier' and lighter on the tastebuds, I would highly recommend you go for the Slaw & Order. The highlight of this hotdog bun would be the vibrant tangle of coleslaw and honey mustard together with crunchy shreds of carrot, cabbage and topped with juicy pineapples. I heard that this is a favourite among ladies!

Coney’s Island - S$6.50 / S$9.90 (with set)

The Corney's Island is your classic American hotdog bun featuring a pork bratwurst bathed in minced beef and topped with heaps of diced onions - also one of my favourite out of the lot. When it comes to having hotdog buns, I always choose to stick to the classic favourites that are both hearty and delicious.

Bac & Cheese - S$6.50 / S$9.90 (with set)

Similar to the Cheezy Mushroom, the Bac & Cheese also comes with a blanket of gooey raclette cheese! The only difference in this would be the crisp bacon bits sprinkled on the sausage that complements the warm and gooey raclette goodness really well.

S'mash - S$6.50 / S$9.90 (with set)

And, if you are not a fan of hotdog buns or is craving for something more substantial, you can also opt for the S'mash! The S'mash is essentially a single pork sausage submerged in a thick bed of chunky mashed potato, caramelised onions and homemade gravy. Here at Be Frank, the mash potatoes are prepared in batches daily!

We’re sure that the S’mash will make the perfect snack during a movie!

Croquettes - 3 pieces for S$3.30, 5 pieces for S$4.60

With every set purchased, the meal will come with 2 croquettes and a drink of your choice. Else, you can also purchase the croquettes on their own! These morsels of heaven are freshly prepared daily and sufficiently stuffed with dollops of mashed potatoes. They're then topped off with mayonnaise and chopped green onions - which makes the perfect snack for the afternoon!
