IT Cosmetics Make Up Review + My 6 Favourite Picks From The Collection!

If you ask me about underrated skin care or make up brands, IT Cosmetics definitely falls right into the category.

Personally, when it comes to makeup, I'm not a huge fan of change. I mean, we don't always get makeup that suits our skin, and being someone that has pretty sensitive skin, I tend to be very cautious when it comes to what I slap on my face every day.

Therefore, when I learned that IT Cosmetics was developed with leading plastic surgeons with clinical results and proven to be extremely hydrating, I was so stoked to try them out! Best part? They are anti-ageing too!

My first impression of IT Cosmetic's product packaging was that they were absolutely classy and alluring with the genius use of black and silver hues.

Most of their products came with a transparent section which shows the exact shade of the product. After using these products for a week, I have come up with a list of my favourite products from the IT Cosmetics range.

1) IT Confidence In The Cream

Touted as the moisturising super cream, this Confidence in a Cream is said to boost your confidence by filling any lines and plumping your skin instantly.

Well, since I'm still in the midst of using it, I can't exactly justify its effectiveness. What I love about this moisturiser though, is its citrusy fragrance and easy application. The moisturiser has extremely quick absorption, and sinks right into my skin once I've applied it - a good base to cushion the makeup that I apply.

2) Bye Bye Under Eye Anti-Ageing Concealor

Left undereye: Applied.

This,my friends, is by far one of the best concealors I have ever encountered. It definitely lives up to what it's said to deliver, and is waterproof so you won't have to worry about any smudge issues throughout the day!

It takes quite a while for the viscous concealer to be dispensesd from the tube, and it layers on very well without emphasising on the fine lines on my undereye. I'm also using this concealer for blemishes on my face, and I must say that the coverage is amazing.

3) IT Colour Correcting Full Coverage Cream

Prior to reviewing the product, I have seen countless of beauty bloggers reviewing about the CC Cream. The IT Cosmetics Correcting Full Coverage Cream offers a few shades when it comes to their CC cream - Fair, Light, Medium, Tan, and Rich. The product is also clinically proven and promises 179% of skin hydration within the span of a few days.

Personally, I love how the CC Cream was highly pigmented and was almost like a foundation. The product is easily blendable, and sits well on my skin without making it look too fair. If you feel that the coverage is not enough, you can also build it up to achieve your intended coverage!

4) IT Superhero Elastic Stretch Volumizing Mascara + Tightline Mascara

Other than lipsticks, I'm also a huge mascara hoarder as I believe in the saying that our eyes are the windows to our souls. The IT Cosmetics Super Elastic Stretch Volumising Mascara is said to transform our lashes with super volume, super length and super elastic stretch.

The product increased the length of my eyelashes quite substantially when I applied it. It doesn't make my lashes clumpy and the product deposits evenly on every lash. The only thing that didn't sit quite well with me was that it wasn't waterproof and for someone with teary eyes, I have to constantly check to see if I have undereye smudges.

That aside, it really does deliver as promised!

5) IT Cosmetics Vitality Face Disk

If you are into contouring and highlighting, this palette is a must-have. For a novice like me who's still learning the techniques of contouring, this palette was a great experimenting tool. The colour builds up slowly and is hydrating at the same time.

The palette consists of an Anti-Aging Matte Bronzer, Radiance Luminizer & Brightening Blush Palette. The palette, too, diminishes the appearance of lines and wrinkles and nourishes your skin with hydrating, anti-aging hydrolyzed collagen, silk and peptides for the most beautiful results.

6) IT Cosmetics Blurred Lines Lipstick

I received the IT Cosmetics Blurred Lines Lipstick shade in Je Ne Sais Quoi, which was a sweet pinkish-hued lipstick. The lipstick glides on easily, and deposits a good amount of semi-sheer lip colour. You can also choose to build it up to an opaque shade. I love that this shade is suitable for everyday wear!
