Chinese New Year 2015

Hey guys!

Happy Chinese New Year to all of you before this festive season ends, I hope your CNY has been well! I'm not exactly a big fan of this season because it's usually, always quite boring for me but Thank God I had my best friend who always sticks with me throughout the gruesome few days.
This year was also different as I got to spend it with someone really special as well.

Spent the first day with the usual visiting at my Gran's, and then met up with C for Working Title which was one of the few cafes opened on that day. Stuffed ourselves silly with Truffle Tatter Totts and Churros which also made the day so much better. It's like our yearly tradition now, to meet each other on the first day of the festivities and I can't be more thankful to have someone like her to spend it with! :)

It's so so rare to find such a friend who truly understands and knows whatever you are saying and more importantly, the little things that you're not saying too.

Day 2 was spent with WJ (hello thereee *waves*) exploring Cloud Forest, Ion Sky and just capturing the moments while we can.

I won't go into the details of what, how and when, but all that matters is that it happened and sometimes I still can't believe how damn lucky I am to have met the other half of my soul.

How rare it is, to be able to chance upon "a once in a lifetime kind of love"

Day 3 was spent at the airport with my bestie, trying our best to absorb the amount of information we had to like a sponge thanks to our impending exams. I can't wait for our little getaway in May and how we will be reliving the BKK times 2 years back! I think I've mentioned this a million times, but going to the airport always evoke a certain wanderlust in me, and in us.

Ended off the day with dinner at Poulet! Like seriously, I can't believe I keep saying this but the standard at the airport is really 够力 one can. Like the chicken served there was 2x that of their other outlets?!!

Hahaha this is a theory we devised a few years back and have been proven right over and over again with Popeyes, 4 Fingers and even Paradise Dynasty omg.
It's like the standard of food at the airport is ALWAYS better.

Spent the last morning of the weekend with my love for Dim Sum and a slow stroll along the river which was beyond amazing, as usual.

Went on to meet C and FK after that to my place for 拜年! Pity Shawn couldn't make it, but we spent the whole afternoon chilling, watching ì•„ë¹ ! 어디가? (Superman is back!) and gushing over the cutest triplets we have seeeeen. It's like the best way to spend any afternoon, really. Just chilling in the room, watching random videos and talking about anything under the (air-con).

Hehe and that's about it for my CNYs!

I hope you've had a fulfilling CNY.
Stay 羊 and dangerous guys!!!
