It's okay not to be okay.

I'm saying this because I've been through what I felt was the darkest period of my life. I'm saying this because I've been there all huddled up in a corner and crying out of no reason, wishing that all the negative feelings would stop eating at me. I've been there when all I felt was helplessness, and praying that all my inner demons would stop coming at me, when all I do is cry myself to sleep.

I've been there, done that and moved on.

So can you. You can walk out of it but it's going to hurt. It's going to hurt like hell but you're going to get through it anyway. There're days when it'll hurt so bad that you're going to wonder when all these would stop. You'll never know when its coming at you because it can just be at that instant, when you're out with your friends, or when you're busy with your chores. You hate being alone because you know that's when it'll all start knocking at your door. You've no choice but to let these negative feelings in because there's no one to stop them for you.

Let them in anyway.

No one has the ability to help you, except yourself. Yes, they might be there, saying comforting words, being there at your worst, but they can't be there forever. Those feelings are just gonna come back away. So let them. Feel everything, cry all you can. Because one day, you're gonna wake up and realize that you've kicked these negativity in the ass and you're now stronger than ever. 

Time is going to heal you, and when it does, you're going to overcome more than what you were once capable of.
