Sent my dear girl off to NYC yesterday night. It was really heart-wrenching to say goodbye, but on the other hand, I'm also really happy and proud of her for being able to do this all by herself, because I know it's something which I could never have done. I'm proud of you for being so brave, Carina! I'm sure that through this, it'll make you stronger as a person as you continue to challenge yourself.
