When it comes to hotel buffets, Tea Lounge @ The Regent Hotel is one of the leading few in Singapore. It's popularity is further stressed upon with reservations taken at least two months in advance. It serves a wide range of mains as well as a plethora of desserts which would leave one spoilt for choice. Dining at Tea Lounge was also a pleasant experience with vintage tea pots and classic dining mats that made us feel like we were at an actual tea party.

Some of the buffet highlights include:

Sushi Bar
Pies and Quiche

Sandwiches

Smoked Salmon and Tuna Tataki with a few selections of Caviar at the side (Not in picture)

Wagyu Beef, Smoked Duck, Yorkshire Pudding
Nyona Laksa
Local Delights
Wide selection of cheese

Salads and Appetizers
Grilled Salmon
Dessert section
Macarons
Cakes

Sweets
Chocolate Tart
Lemon Meringue Tart
Espresso Tart
Toblerone Cheesecake

Some of the buffet highlights include the caviar section, grilled salmon (which is a must-try) as well as the premium waygu beef which we absolutely loved. We were sort-of drowning ourselves in caviar heaven. Every diner is also entitled to a pot of tea and is able to end off the meal with either coffee/hot chocolate/iced chocolate. A wide selection of mains such as cheese, appetizers, local delights, sushi and sandwiches were also available. (See pictures above) With this being a tea buffet, the main focus was on the desserts and we were definitely not disappointed. With $55++, you definitely get more than what you pay for with quality assured.

Do remember to make reservations at least a month/two before in order to acquire the seats! You'll know why it's so popular after you've tried it for yourself. ;)

The cafehoppers finally gave ourselves a good treat after the exams!

The quality of photos taken on that day were disappointing. Nevertheless, it's always great hanging out and well... eating out with them.

Hope this review helped!
