Food Review: Lynn's Cakes and Coffee
Lynn's Cakes and Coffee started off as an online bakery which then transcended into a physical store. It serves a large variety of cakes with one of its top sellers being its Signature Rainbow Beauty. Lynn's Cakes also serve mains such as Nasi Lemak and Salmon Pasta to cater to your hunger pangs. Cafe cakes are served in slices and vary daily.

Rainbow Beauty - $8.50
This beauty here is one of the cafe's bestseller. It is so huge that it towers over the rest of the cakes displayed and stands out with its beautifully colored layers. In case if you were wondering, the flavors do not differ with each layer. This orange chiffon cake was light and moist. However, I was not a big fan of the layer of cream hugging it.
Carrot Cake - $7
The first carrot cake I've encountered that did not have walnuts in it which was a major plus point for me! We could even see tiny carrot strips in the cake! Its texture was moist and delectable. The cream cheese was rich and it's sweetness was just right.
Service:
Self-service. Payment and collection of cake had to be done at the counter when ordering.
Ambience:
A homely setting and a great place to spend the lazy afternoon at. Wifi was also provided at this cafe which served as another plus point for the crowd. However, the cafe was rather small so it would be best for 2-4 pax.
Hope you found this useful! :)
