We had:
Eggs Benedict - $12
( Honey cured bacon, poached eggs, hollandaise ana sauce)
Personally, I felt that this was pretty ordinary. No doubt, the eggs were poached perfectly but there was just something missing to the taste. The bacon is served cripsy and hard so you might like it, depending on how you like your bacon to be done. The toasts tasted a little stale and it was a little hard to slice through.
Salmon baked eggs - $12
(Smoked salon, capers, spinach, homemade baked beans, cheese)
First up, the smoked salmon was extremely salty so it became a thumbs down for me. I'm not sure if they accidentally added too much salt or that it was just like this. I felt that this was quite a unique concept and the variety of ingredients was just right, just that the smoked salmon was a little disappointing. :(
Cloud 9 - $10
(Fluffy pancakes, daily fruit compote, poached pear)
The pancakes weren't as fluffy as stated but adding poached pears to it was an interesting idea. The pancakes weren't too sweet and it was just right on the gelat-o-meter.
Service:
The food took some time to be served but I guess it was because we got there when it just opened. The service staff was pretty friendly though, and took care of our every need :)
Atmosphere:
One of the better cafes I've visited thus far in terms of its atmosphere. I loved the calming nature that it gave me and I felt that I could eat in peace without the fear of someone chasing us away or feeling claustrophobic. I would definitely go back for its ambiance but prolly not for the food. Haha but Alex told me not long ago that they have this "pay as you wish" system for their muffins and that their matcha muffins are pretty legit. So do go try if you're near the area!

Brunch with the sotong some time back! Hahaha this was a week or so before his birthday and we were searching high and low for a cafe to visit until we found this.
