From the above menu, the selection of steamboat items were quite limited but they did have quite a number of specialties such as their fish glue, dumplings and their array of seafood balls. We got the double soup base which consisted of Tom Yam and Pork Broth (I think). I exceptionally loved the Tom Yam as it was really flavorful and the spiciness was not too choking. The Pork broth on the other hand, was a little too bland for my liking. IMO, The food was still alright and I doubt I'll head back again.
I would go for the Crystal Jade XLB Buffet Steamboat instead.

The service was exceptionally good and they even took care of the slightest details for us. Gladly paid for the service though I felt that the drinks were too overpriced at $22 for a jug of lime juice which tasted too sweet.

Price paid per person:
$42 including drinks

Headed there for my mom's birthday celebration last weekend! Hehe, our family decided to try something different this time instead of the usual Jap food or Crabs. It's always good to have steamboat with parents since you won't really have to cook and they'll just keep stuffing you with everything :>

And since it just hit 12 midnight...

Happy Birthday Mom!! :)
