Template problems.

Okay, blogger's new "Template Layout" thing is really driving me nuts.
Helped Gene to like put in the blogskin what i encountered that stupid idiotic dumb prob AGAIN.
Why is like blogger always rejecting the HTML codes when they themselves say that we can upload our own blogskins ?
Many people are like also encountering this prob too, based on the comments & feedbacks they gave to blogger. -.-

Seriously, I'm like so damn grateful that i'm using the older template system of blogger if not, trust me, I'll SCREAM.
